Vegan Quiche

I made it Quiche.
No egg,no milk.

=Pie=
Flower. 200g
Vegetable oil. 50g
Water. 30cc
Salt. a trace

=filling=
Firm tofu. 1 pack
Soy milk. 50cc
Onion. 1
Spinach. a bunch
Carrot. as you like it.
White miso.1 tea spoon 
Salt. a trace
Pepper.a trace

=pie=
after mixed, put it in the freezer for a hour.

=filling=
Slice a onion,cut a carrot and boil spinach.
Fry onion and carrot.

Put tofu into a food processor add soy milk,miso and blend.
Then add all vegetables salt pepper and blend again.

Place the bottom pie in your plate.Fill with filling.

Bake 20~35minutes, temperature is 250 degrees C.
