Caper

Of course you know "caper"!!

But do you know the flower of caper??

This is!!

 

ケッパーってご存知かと思いますが

花見たことありますか？

これが、ケッパーの花。

そう、サーモンとかの 付け合わせにある塩漬けのあれです。

It was first time to see the flower of caper for me.

At the first time I was not able to realize it.

I asked a couple who picked something up around here 

"what are you doing and Id like to know this flower..."

They answered

" We are picking the bud,this is caper.you eat salted caper. "

Now I understand.

初めてケッパーの花見ました。最初かわいい花だけど何の花だろうか？と思ってたけど。

 で、しゃがみこんで土筆を採るかのごとく 何かしている老夫婦がいたので

聞いてみたら

蕾がケッパーだと。これを洗って塩漬けにして食べるのだと。
