Mabo Tofu 麻婆豆腐

Last night I made Mabo Tofu.

How can I say it in English??

Dictionary says 

Beancurd Sichuan Style.

Is it ture??

Anyway it's vegan.

I use lotus root instead of meat.

昨夜は麻婆豆腐でした。

英語ではなんというのですかね？

辞書ひくと、Beancurd Sichuan Styleと書いてましたが。。、

お肉の代わりにレンコンです。

中華食べると台湾行きたくなりますね。

As I have Chinese food,I really want to visit Taiwan!!!!
